Excellent service from start to finish with clear communications, friendly staff and a new patio door and bathroom window we are delighted with. Thank you Karen and the team at Windmill Windows.

We are never disappointed with the level of service we receive from Windmill windows, from initial contact, coming out to measure up, very competitive prices and the exceptional work when fitting all is of a high level. All staff are friendly, efficient and a joy to communicate with. We often recommend you to family and friends and will be in touch again soon for the next stage of the renovations

We are very pleased with the window you supplied.  Your fitters were very professional, pleasant and helpful and we would highly recommend both them and your windows!  They finished the job quickly and left everything tidy.

I was really impressed with the product and the installer- I didn’t catch his name was really excellent. Very personable and took a great deal of care with attention to detail

Would definitely recommend you to others and indeed already have!

The engineer who fitted the door was a man of few words, but was polite, worked very hard, took care to cover surfaces and cleaned up carefully when he finished the job. The door has made a huge difference to my kitchen and is working well so far! I found it reassuring to have a detailed job description, contract and quote emailed to me, rather than the all too common text message.  I have found your company to be very professional and wouldn’t hesitate to use you again if Polperro isn’t too far for you to come.

I am absolutely delighted with my replacement windows. Windmill Windows were extremely professional and efficient from my initial contact through to installation.

They provided quality windows; with competitive prices in a very quick time frame.

Thank you for our new doors. They look great. Your team were efficient and I was impressed with their attitude and work. Please pass on our thanks to them.

I just wanted to say how thrilled we are with the workmanship of the fitters that called by on Monday to fit our new doors and then returned on Thursday to remove the doors into our dining room. Excellent work!

Just to say the service we received from yourselves was first class from start to finish. You fitted in with our timings and were very prompt providing quotes and handling queries. Communication was great and everything was fitted and completed as expected. Finally the new windows and doors are excellent quality and fit, they have really transformed the cottage both inside and out.

You were recommended to us by our neighbours and I can only endorse that, we are very pleased that we chose Windmill Windows. We could not have asked for a better service.

I am very pleased with my new window. The window installers were very helpful, left everything clean and tidy, so I would be very happy to recommend Windmill Windows to others.

I wanted to say that the entire experience has been outstanding, right from the initial quote through to the completion yesterday. It truly feels like everyone went above and beyond, including all the helpful phone calls and emails. Thank you so much!

Andy fitted our windows yesterday, and I can’t thank him enough. He did an incredible job, and you wouldn’t even know he’d been here (except for the lovely new windows, of course!). There was absolutely no mess, and everything was finished to perfection. He was very thoughtful and is clearly brilliant at what he does. Thank you so much, Andy, for all your hard work yesterday.

We will definitely be coming back to you for the front windows when we have saved a few more pennies!!

Thank you everyone!!

We have been over the moon with the service we have received from initial contact through to fitting. The speed at which we had the patio door fitted was so impressive as was the affordability. Professional, friendly, great communication, fantastic quality and the fitting process was quick, well done and with no mess!

We have a whole house that needs windows and doors replaced and we will be ensuring we return to Windmill Windows for all of them.
Thank you to all involved!

Once again I have had excellent service from your company and especially the fitter who arrived promptly, worked very hard to install both windows, one of which was very large, cleared up at the end and was friendly and polite throughout. I feel you are lucky to have such a competent fitter. Thank you again and I did successfully recommend your company to a friend who had a new front door. I’m hoping to perhaps replace my back door next year and I will contact you again.

I want to say how pleased I’ve been with the whole service. From enquiry to install, you’ve all been brilliant. Nothing has been too much drama for you. The two gents who did the install were brilliant. They were fantastic with my dogs when they were being pests and they were extremely professional in their work. I’ll definitely be recommending you if anybody asks in the future.

We just wanted to take a moment to share our appreciation for the outstanding service we received. We are absolutely thrilled with the new windows and doors! The replacement of our old garage door with the new one looks fantastic

– exactly what we had envisioned.

The fitters did an exceptional job; their workmanship is top-notch, and the overall finish is flawless. A special mention to the team for their attention to detail. We were also impressed with how tidy they left the house at the end of each day – it was as if they hadn’t been there at all!

From start to finish, the entire process was stress-free, and we felt well-informed throughout. The communication with Windmill Windows has been seamless, from the initial measuring and scheduling to the final paperwork and payment.

Thank you again for such a positive experience. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

I will definitely recommend you, easy, straightforward, no pressure, polite, clean and tidy

what more could you want 🙂

Every step has run so smoothly from beginning to end. We are so pleased with the work done and with the two guys doing the fitting.

Thank you very much for your excellent work.

We are delighted to pass on some comments about Windmill, we visited your showroom a few times with various queries and you were both always very helpful and didn’t rush us into a decision and we are glad we took our time because we are absolutely thrilled with the door and surround it has really enhanced our property and we can’t wait to see our new garage door installed in hopefully the near future. With regard to your fitter he was punctual and worked efficiently, friendly and checked some bits with me to ensure we were happy. We would definitely give Windmill 5 stars.

We are really pleased with the quality of the doors and the installation carried out by the fitters. They were very efficient and left the place spotless.

Will definitely be recommending your company to our friends.

I would just like to say I am very grateful for the prompt and efficient service from Windmill Windows.  I am delighted with the door which was installed and the workman were very quick, friendly and tidy.  Couldn’t have asked for a better service.  Thank you.

We have been delighted to use your company again to fit 10 windows and 3 external doors to our bungalow. This is the second time we have used Windmill Windows (your company fitted a new conservatory for us in 2015)

The friendly helpful service has been evident from the start when John came to chat through our needs. This was then followed up when Johnathan visited to painstakingly take all the necessary measurements and in some cases make suggestions about improvements to our ideas.

The team that visited were extremely clean, efficient and professional in their work – nothing was too much trouble.

We did have an issue with a piece of cracked glass in the en-suite, again this was replaced with no fuss

We were also very grateful for your patience in delaying the fitting of the patio door onto the balcony – this had to tie in with the builder fitting a new balcony floor.

Our experience of Windmill Windows has been superb right from the beginning to the end.

We would have no hesitation in recommending your company. Thank you

Kind regards

We have been so happy with the service we have received from your whole team.

Added to that the end product looks very smart and has already been commented upon by passersby. We have been glad to pass on the name of the firm.

I am confident that any settling or teething problems would be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I am really impressed with your service and windows that you supplied in a very reasonable time frame and at an exceptional price – much cheaper than any other quote I had in Truro, I am very happy to recommend or provide positive feedback about Windmill Windows and will be using you again when I need other windows.

I rang your office yesterday when your men had just left, I have been in the construction industry for over 40 years & have rarely met people who, quite obviously, take so much pride in their work. They were very polite & installed the windows quickly, the end result being perfect.

I had no cleaning or making good to do whatsoever, inside or out. Would highly recommend, first class job & will definitely be having the remainder replaced by yourselves.

The whole process from initial contact, through survey, quotation and installation was carried with the utmost professionalism. We were kept informed throughout the process and the fitting of the windows and door was carried out with the minimum of disruption and to a very high standard.

We found all the team at Windmill Windows to be helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble.

Thank you very much!

From when we had first quote, Jonathon the surveyor, and the fitters Paul and Pete.

The whole experience was smooth running, no hassle and nothing was too much trouble.

We are are delighted with the finish it all looks amazing , we would have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

Thank you once again.

Once again the Windmill team have done a great job, making it quick and easy from start to finish. The installation team deserve special credit as they had to deal with difficult access issues involving lots of steps. They did a great job with thoroughness and good humour throughout.

We have had doors, glass, windows and porch fitted by Windmill Windows, and I am so impressed with everything. From my first contact with the team, they have been amazing. The workmanship of the two fitters was excellent, they respected my property , left everywhere so clean, they took such pride in their work. Would highly recommend Windmill Windows.

I would like to thank you for the excellent service by you, your company and especially by Jonathan, the fitter. He is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work and he took great care to make sure the job was completed to our total satisfaction. We highly recommend your company.

They kept us informed all the way from Karen in the office ,to John, and the fitters What an excellent job and faultless in the standard of workmanship
We would thoroughly recommend Windmill

2nd to non

We are delighted with the finished result and excellent craftsmanship. Your skilled fitters worked tirelessly to ensure our windows were fitted before the incoming storm Ciaran last week with fantastic attention to detail throughout. From start to finish Windmill Windows have provided an excellent service with good communication throughout the process, we cannot recommend you enough.

Thank you so much for completing the windows they look great and we are really happy. Please thank Andy and John for their professionalism and also for going that extra mile with the work. We are happy to recommend Windmill Windows to others.

We’re very happy with the work. The fitters and builder were very friendly and did a fantastic job.

Thank you for a great, hassle-free service.

We would just like to say thank you for your excellent service, everything that you did from your communications, John coming out to do the measurements your 2 fitters arriving on time, first thing they did was lay dust sheets, although the mess they made was very minimal, there organised method of work was excellent cannot fault your company in any way plus the cost was very competitive.

Once again we’ll done would recommend you to anyone.

We just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the work that you did for us in installing our new windows and doors at the end of March. Although we were looking forward to getting them done we were not looking forward to the disruption but the whole process from you quoting for us to completion went smoothly. Simon and Chris the installers were polite, helpful and worked extremely hard – you can be proud of them! The windows and doors look really smart and I am sure that when Winter eventually sets in we will be a lot warmer. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone.

We think the doors look lovely & the two staff of yours (who also did a wonderful job on the porch) did a lovely job again.

If we need anything else doing, we know where to come!!!

Thank you.

We just want to say that the guys that attended our property this week, have been brilliant.

We are over the moon with the new windows and doors, the guys worked hard and always cleaned up at the end of the day. which made it easier on us, they even spotted a faulty pain (which we hadn’t) and it was replaced by the end of the week.

In fact the service we received from yourself and the team has been exemplary  from the fully itemised fit and the response’s we got from our questions.

Great service would fully recommend Windmill 10 out of 10.

Windmill Windows gave outstanding service throughout the whole process of replacing my kitchen windows. All their staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they made a special effort to ensure our installation took place within the required timeframe. The office team were more than thorough in communicating with us, and the installment took place on time and efficiently. They cleared up well after themselves too! We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and product from Windmill Windows.

There is no point in shopping around, this Company delivers on everything, great products, amazing craftsmanship, and first-class customer service.

Don’t waste your own time as everything you need will be delivered by Windmill Windows !!!!!!!

Good value for money

Did everything they said they would do when they said they were going to do it

More than happy with product

Definitely use them again

Thank you so much for installing our new windows, the team that installed them kept us informed all the way through the whole process and took a real pride in everything they did , they did a good job cleaning up after themselves, I would definitely recommend you to anyone.

We are over the moon with the transformation and would like to thank all of the fitting team lead mostly by Anthony and Jonathan (lots of John’s I think).

Neighbours have been very curious as our street is undergoing some uplifts as the houses approach 25 years of age. We will of course be sure to recommend. The neighbours beside us had sliding doors fitted by you and the neighbours across from us I believe are booking you again.

That speaks volumes for the trust, skills and quality of fitting.

Having a whole house replacement took your team 11 consecutive days. We have seen other houses span months (literally) with other companies. We were blessed with the weather also of course!

We just wanted to say thank you for your excellent service from start to finish. We are absolutely delighted with our new door and everyone we dealt with at every stage was polite and did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it (we deal with a lot of trades and this is a rarity). Your fitter was a pleasant chap who did a very professional job

We were recommended Windmill Windows by a local locksmith, who sorted a problem out for us. After getting expertly measured up, and accepting the quote, we only had to wait a few weeks for installation. The fitting team were extremely efficient, and did a great job. The after-sales service is second to none, and a few months on, we are absolutely sure that we chose the best company for our needs, and we would highly recommend them.

I would like to say how very pleased we are at the finished job.

When we decided to replace the windows and door we decided to use your company based on three very good recommendations from friends in Trethowel. So great were the recommendations that we did not ask any other company to quote for the job.

I am pleased to now be the fourth resident of Trethowel who would not hesitate to recommend your company. The workmanship of both Tony and Dan cannot be faulted. You wouldn’t know they’d ever been here they are so clean and tidy, an absolute credit to your company.

Thank you for an excellent job.

I couldn’t be more delighted with my beautifully finished windows and composite door.
Great care was taken during the ordering process to get exactly what I wanted, and even more with the fitting. There was no mess and the attention to detail went above and beyond.
This, coupled with being the most reasonable quote, makes me a very happy customer.

I ordered 19 windows and two doors – all in aluminium – from Windmill Windows. Some issues were experienced during the installation but they were conscientiously resolved by John and his team of fitters. I would recommend this company.

Dear Sir,
I am delighted that I chose Windmill Windows and I would like to convey my very grateful thanks for the TWO EXCELLENT gentlemen who carried out the work, their workmanship and tidyness was of the highest standard. In this day and age of anything will do and slap dash attitude. These were two men who took pride in their work. Such a rare commodity today. I sincerely hope that you will pass on my grateful thanks. You have two men of the highest calibre and your company must benefit enormously by their high standards.
Yours truly David Martin

PS. I would not hesitate recommend your company to anyone. I am in the future thinking of a conservatory and would not hesitate to come back to Windmill Windows.

Good Morning Julie,

I am writing to pass on my thanks to Ryan for his help in installing a new glazed panel this morning and adjusting the window latch that was stiff to close. He also noticed our front door was catching and that it needed adjusting slightly, so he did that as well. What an extremely pleasant, competent and professional man he is. He is somebody you should look to keep on your staff whatever it takes as it is that kind of exceptional service that allows us to thoroughly recommend your company to others.

Please pass on our best wishes and thanks to him, it was really great to see somebody who cares.

Kind regards

From initial survey, through delivery, installation and after sales we are extremely happy with the package family owned Windmill Windows have given us. Nothing is too much trouble, great product, efficient, prompt and amicable fitters, all rubbish removed from site without question, good helpful office staff and a great product transforming our home from something a bit drab to something we are proud of. We cannot recommend Windmill highly enough and great to have this firm on our doorstep. A great product at a great price which removes the need to go to a larger national outfit. The phrase “Right first time” is what Windmill are about and we have witnessed this first hand.

I’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Phil the fitter. He has gone beyond all expectations to fit three windows in a very lopsided cottage with frames that have been added to over the years and were not easy to get out. He’s done a brilliant job and we are so impressed with the finished look. This is our fifth job from Windmill Windows and are satisfied customers once again.

This is the 3rd time I have used Windmill windows within the last 9 months, again I would like to say how professional the team has been, and it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with different members of the team over the last 9 months. Thank you to all for a professional work ethical team. I would always recommend Windmill windows as a company who provide good quality goods at a reasonable price, with a professional installation team, hassle free from start to finish for the client.

I would like to say that I am very pleased with the work done by your team.

They were very professional and polite and did an excellent job. They were very tidy and left everything spotless. The actual conservatory looks great and better than I expected.

I would recommend them with confidence! The quote given was very competitive too.

Best Regards

Dear Sirs

I write with regards to the windows and doors, which were fitted by you last week. I wanted to say that I am very happy with the installation and furthermore to state that I am impressed with the quality of the product, fit and finish.

I would also like to thank Jamie and Dom for their hardwork, kindness and good sense of humour. They are both assets to the company and both deserve employee of the month!

Phil the builder also did an excellent job in blocking up the old window.

It was evident to my wife and I that Jamie takes great pride in his work and even though the hour was getting late, he cracked on and got the job done without taking any shortcuts.
Please thank both Jamie and Dom on our behalf.

Again thank you for doing an excellent job from quotation through to final fitting.
